Fennel hydrosol has an odor of licorice with a pungent, sweet, green undertone.

Topically, fennel can be used to help cool and revive and with hot flashes and it has an interesting effect on the respiratory system, acting as a decongestant. It can be used by smokers and those prone to bronchitis as an environmental spray.

Do not use internally. Keep refrigerated.
